Concept ProjectHealth & Wellness2025

Solace

A wellness brand built to feel calm without feeling vague.

The Challenge

What this concept set out to solve

The concept challenge: wellness branding frequently defaults to soft gradients and pastel abstraction that feels pleasant but interchangeable. Solace needed calm with a clear point of view, not calm as an aesthetic default.

Strategic Direction

Where the direction came from

The direction paired restraint with specificity: clear, plain-language messaging about what the practice actually does, set inside a calm visual system, rather than mood alone carrying the brand.

Identity System

Turning direction into a visual system

A soft-edged but structured identity system, with a teal-and-lavender palette and genuinely considered type hierarchy, so the brand reads as calm and organized rather than calm and undefined.

Content & Campaign

Carrying the idea across channels

A content system built around plain-language explanation and real practice information, with qualitative creative testing built in from the start rather than added after the fact.

Motion

Bringing the system to life in movement

Gentle, unhurried motion, with soft fades and settling transitions that support the calm positioning without slowing the experience down.

Digital Experience

Where the system becomes a product

A clear, uncluttered digital experience prioritizing plain information about the practice and easy next steps over decorative wellness imagery.
